Subject: Outta here (well, almost, not quite) **Just to let all yall in the know this was written just before he left for summer break, by a friend of mine who goes to school up at Michigan Tech. you know in da U.P.** Just thought I'd get in the last word this year (well, there might be something from people who's lives suck enough that they're still in school, but those don't count). Anyway, I'm taking a break from packing up all my shit (acually, more like moving messes around to make different messes, kinda like integration), 'cause I'm out of this snowbound hell as of 2 p.m. tomarrow. A few parting quips (don't know if that's the right word, but I haven't used it yet this year) - At our hall party last Thurs., a snowball fight erupted during our baseball game. Dead serious. We're talking white snow here, not some gravel-colored slush. Oh, and a few people went x-country skiing on May 1st. Never let people drink downhill of a car. Draggin 'em back up a sandune at 2 a.m. sucks when there's no light and too many trees. Related note - never let drunk people fall down embankments and into lakes while in the act of urinating. This also causes inconveinece. Do not let macaroni-and-cheese sit unoticed for 2 1/2 weeks. This creates a problem. It also creates something something with a green sticky inner with a black, fluffy topping, not unlike dessert a couple nights ago. Ramen noodles, however, seem to weather well. They tend to dry up and return to their original form, violating all laws of entropy. Fishbowls dropped down garbage chutes are pretty entertaining (no, there wasn't any fish in it at this point - they were fed to the Oscar down the hall). Never let your roommate vomit down the heating duct. This is pretty much self-explainitory. That warm spell a week ago didn't last long enough... Well, that just about does it (hey, it's 2:51 - you can't find this kind of quality on TV). I'll be back online the week before Labor Day, whatever the hell date that is. Until then...
